Booking Terms

1. Operator
Workshops are provided by SAVCHUK MARYNA, tax identification number ESY9573648G, trading as Bear Art Studio.
2. Booking request and confirmation
Activities are available by prior booking only and are subject to availability.
Before payment, Bear Art Studio will provide written information about:
- the selected workshop or service;
- date, time and duration;
- number of participants;
- total price, including applicable taxes;
- any additional costs requested by the customer;
- applicable cancellation, rescheduling and no-show conditions.
The customer must accept these conditions in writing before receiving payment instructions.
A booking is confirmed when:
- the customer accepts the conditions;
- Bear Art Studio receives the required payment; and
- Bear Art Studio sends written confirmation containing the essential booking details.
3. Prices and payment
Consumer prices displayed on the website include applicable VAT. Ordinary booking requests are reviewed manually. After approval, Bear Art Studio sends payment instructions for an advance payment of 20 € when the total booking value is up to and including 200 €, or 50 € when the total booking value exceeds 200 €. The remaining balance is paid later as agreed or at the studio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any fees charged by the customer’s own bank or payment provider are borne by the party generating them.
4. Customer cancellation of ordinary workshops
Cancellation must be submitted through the cancellation option supplied with the Reservio booking, in the same WhatsApp conversation used for the booking, or by email.
- At least 72 hours before the start: full refund.
- Between 24 and less than 72 hours: no refund, but up to two date changes may be requested within six months of the original date, subject to availability.
- Less than 24 hours before the start: no refund or date change, unless expressly authorised by Bear Art Studio or required by mandatory law.
- No-show: no refund.
Approved refunds will be made within seven calendar days, using the original payment method where possible. These conditions do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
5. Late arrival
The time needed to complete a workshop properly cannot be materially shortened.
Where the customer gives advance notice that they will arrive more than 30 minutes late, Bear Art Studio will offer the nearest available time. An alternative on the same day cannot be guaranteed.
Arrival more than 30 minutes late without notice will be treated as a no-show.
6. Children and young participants
- Booking and authorisation: Bookings for participants under 18 must be made by an adult. If the participant’s parent or legal guardian will not remain during the activity, they must have authorised the child’s participation in advance. For group bookings, the adult making the booking must confirm that the necessary authorisations have been obtained from the parents or legal guardians of the participating children.
- Create Your Own Bear: available to participants aged 5 and over. For participants aged 5 to 9 inclusive, a responsible adult must remain inside the studio throughout the workshop. The adult may observe or wait in the designated area without participating or booking a separate place and must remain available to assist the child or make decisions if needed.
- Other workshops: Tote Bag Workshop, Mediterranean Ceramic Painting, Creative Painting and Candlelight Painting are available to participants aged 10 and over. Participants under 18 may attend without an accompanying adult only where the booking has been made or authorised by their parent or legal guardian.
- Private birthday parties: where the group includes children, at least one adult representative of the organising party must remain inside the studio throughout the activity and act as the contact person. Before confirming the booking, Bear Art Studio may require an additional adult to be present where objectively necessary because of the number or ages of the children or any individual needs communicated in advance.
- Children under 5: may not participate in the workshops. They may attend only as non-participating accompanying children where Bear Art Studio has expressly agreed before the booking is confirmed, and they must remain under the continuous supervision of the responsible adult.
The adult making the booking must inform Bear Art Studio in advance of the number and ages of the participants and of any circumstances needed for their safe participation. These conditions do not limit Bear Art Studio’s legal and contractual duties regarding the organisation and safe delivery of the activity.
7. Artwork and delivery
Collection of the completed artwork is included in the service under the conditions communicated for the relevant workshop.
Where an artwork requires additional drying or preparation and the customer cannot collect it, delivery may be requested. Delivery is optional, is charged separately at the carrier’s applicable rate, requires a valid delivery address and will be arranged after the customer expressly accepts the quoted cost.
8. Gift certificates
Bear Art Studio may issue gift certificates for a particular workshop or for a specified monetary amount.
Certificates are valid for 12 months from purchase, unless a more favourable term is confirmed in writing before purchase. Advance booking is required and activities remain subject to availability. The certificate’s value or activity, expiry date and specific conditions will be communicated before purchase.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies to a certificate purchased at a distance, the buyer may exercise it within 14 calendar days. This right may cease to apply once the certificate has been redeemed for a specific-date activity or the service has been performed in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
9. Corporate, private and off-site events
Unless otherwise stated in a written quotation:
Payment
- 50% when the event is confirmed;
- the remaining 50% no later than seven calendar days before the event;
- full payment is required where the event is booked less than seven days in advance.
Cancellation by the customer
- at least 14 days before the event: full refund;
- 7–13 days before the event: one date change within six months;
- between 48 hours and less than 7 days: refund of the amount paid, less documented and justifiable material, transport and preparation costs already incurred;
- less than 48 hours before the event: refund of 50% of the amount paid.
Date changes are subject to availability.
Event venue
For off-site events, the customer must provide access at the agreed time; suitable tables, chairs and lighting; electricity or water where required; permission from the venue owner; and safe conditions for participants and staff. Transport, parking and special materials will be included in the quotation agreed in advance.
10. Cancellation by Bear Art Studio
If Bear Art Studio cannot provide a confirmed activity, the customer will be offered an alternative date, subject to agreement, or a full refund of the amounts paid. This does not exclude any additional rights available under mandatory law.
11. Right of withdrawal
Workshops booked for a specific date or period constitute leisure activities scheduled for a particular date. The general 14-day withdrawal right therefore does not apply under Article 103(l) of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act.
This statutory exception is separate from the contractual cancellation terms described above.
12. Complaints and applicable law
Complaints may be sent to magicartstudio2025@gmail.com.
These terms are governed by Spanish law and do not restrict mandatory consumer rights. The Spanish and English versions are intended to have equivalent meaning. In case of interpretative doubt, the Spanish version will be used as a reference without prejudice to the consumer’s legal rights.

1. Operador
Los talleres son prestados por SAVCHUK MARYNA, NIF/NIE ESY9573648G, bajo el nombre comercial Bear Art Studio.
2. Solicitud y confirmación
Las actividades se realizan exclusivamente mediante reserva previa y están sujetas a disponibilidad.
Antes del pago, Bear Art Studio comunicará por escrito:
- taller o servicio elegido;
- fecha, hora y duración;
- número de participantes;
- precio total, impuestos incluidos;
- posibles gastos adicionales solicitados por el cliente;
- condiciones aplicables de cancelación, traslado y no presentación.
El cliente deberá aceptar estas condiciones por escrito antes de recibir los datos de pago.
La reserva queda confirmada cuando:
- el cliente acepta las condiciones;
- Bear Art Studio recibe el pago requerido; y
- Bear Art Studio envía una confirmación escrita con los datos esenciales de la reserva.
3. Precios y pago
Los precios publicados para consumidores incluyen el IVA aplicable. Las solicitudes de reserva ordinaria se revisan manualmente. Después de aprobarlas, Bear Art Studio envía las instrucciones para realizar un pago anticipado de 20 € cuando el importe total de la reserva sea igual o inferior a 200 €, o de 50 € cuando el importe total supere los 200 €. El importe restante se abona más adelante según lo acordado o en el estudio, salvo acuerdo escrito diferente.
Las comisiones que pueda aplicar el banco o proveedor de pago del cliente serán asumidas por quien las genere.
4. Cancelación de talleres ordinarios por el cliente
La cancelación deberá tramitarse mediante la opción de cancelación facilitada con la reserva de Reservio, por el mismo chat de WhatsApp utilizado para reservar o por email.
- 72 horas o más antes del inicio: devolución completa.
- Entre 24 y menos de 72 horas: no se realiza devolución, pero pueden solicitarse hasta dos cambios de fecha dentro de los seis meses siguientes a la fecha original y sujetos a disponibilidad.
- Menos de 24 horas antes del inicio: no hay devolución ni cambio de fecha, salvo que Bear Art Studio lo autorice expresamente o resulte exigible legalmente.
- No presentación: no hay devolución.
Las devoluciones admitidas se realizarán dentro de los siete días naturales siguientes, mediante el mismo medio de pago utilizado siempre que sea posible. Estas condiciones no limitan los derechos imperativos del consumidor.
5. Retrasos
El tiempo necesario para completar correctamente el taller no puede reducirse de manera sustancial.
Si el cliente avisa con antelación de que llegará con más de 30 minutos de retraso, Bear Art Studio propondrá el horario disponible más próximo. No se garantiza una alternativa el mismo día.
Un retraso superior a 30 minutos sin aviso se considerará no presentación.
6. Menores
- Reserva y autorización: Las reservas para participantes menores de 18 años deben ser realizadas por una persona adulta. Si el padre, la madre o el representante legal no permanece durante la actividad, deberá haber autorizado previamente la participación del menor. En las reservas de grupo, la persona adulta que realiza la reserva deberá confirmar que cuenta con las autorizaciones necesarias de los padres, madres o representantes legales de los menores participantes.
- Create Your Own Bear: disponible para participantes a partir de 5 años. Para participantes de 5 a 9 años, ambos inclusive, una persona adulta responsable deberá permanecer en el interior del estudio durante todo el taller. Podrá observar o esperar en el lugar indicado, sin participar ni reservar una plaza propia, y deberá permanecer disponible para ayudar al menor o adoptar decisiones en caso de necesidad.
- Otros talleres: Tote Bag Workshop, Mediterranean Ceramic Painting, Creative Painting y Candlelight Painting están disponibles a partir de 10 años. Las personas menores de 18 años podrán participar sin acompañante únicamente cuando la reserva haya sido realizada o autorizada por su padre, madre o representante legal.
- Celebraciones privadas de cumpleaños: cuando el grupo incluya menores, al menos una persona adulta representante de la parte organizadora deberá permanecer en el interior del estudio durante toda la actividad y actuar como persona de contacto. Antes de confirmar la reserva, Bear Art Studio podrá requerir la presencia de una persona adulta adicional cuando resulte objetivamente necesario por el número o la edad de los menores o por las necesidades individuales comunicadas.
- Menores de 5 años: no pueden participar en los talleres. Podrán asistir únicamente como acompañantes no participantes cuando Bear Art Studio lo haya aceptado expresamente antes de confirmar la reserva y deberán permanecer bajo la supervisión continua de la persona adulta responsable.
La persona adulta que realiza la reserva deberá comunicar previamente el número y la edad de los participantes, así como cualquier circunstancia necesaria para su participación segura. Estas condiciones no limitan las obligaciones legales y contractuales de Bear Art Studio respecto de la organización y prestación segura de la actividad.
7. Obras y envíos
La recogida de la obra forma parte del servicio en los términos comunicados para cada taller.
Cuando una obra necesite secado o preparación adicional y el cliente no pueda recogerla, podrá solicitar su envío. El envío es opcional, se cobra aparte conforme a la tarifa del transportista, requiere una dirección válida y se realizará después de que el cliente acepte expresamente el coste comunicado.
8. Certificados regalo
Bear Art Studio puede emitir certificados para un taller concreto o por una cantidad determinada.
El certificado tendrá una validez de 12 meses desde la fecha de compra, salvo que antes de la compra se indique por escrito una condición más favorable. Su utilización requiere reserva previa y está sujeta a disponibilidad. Antes de comprarlo se comunicarán su valor o actividad, fecha de caducidad y condiciones específicas de uso.
Cuando resulte legalmente aplicable a un certificado adquirido a distancia, el comprador podrá ejercer el derecho de desistimiento dentro de los 14 días naturales siguientes. Este derecho puede dejar de ser aplicable cuando el certificado haya sido canjeado por una actividad prevista para una fecha concreta o cuando el servicio haya sido ejecutado conforme a los requisitos legales.
9. Eventos corporativos, privados y desplazados
Salvo presupuesto escrito distinto:
Pago
- 50 % al confirmar el evento;
- 50 % restante no más tarde de siete días naturales antes del evento;
- si se reserva con menos de siete días de antelación, se requiere el pago completo.
Cancelación por el cliente
- 14 días o más antes del evento: devolución completa;
- entre 7 y 13 días: un cambio de fecha dentro de los seis meses siguientes;
- entre 48 horas y menos de 7 días: devolución de lo pagado, descontando los gastos de materiales, transporte y preparación ya incurridos y justificables;
- menos de 48 horas: devolución del 50 % del importe pagado.
Los cambios de fecha están sujetos a disponibilidad.
Lugar del evento
Para los eventos desplazados, el cliente deberá garantizar acceso en el horario acordado; mesas, sillas e iluminación adecuadas; electricidad o agua cuando resulte necesario; autorización del titular del espacio; y condiciones seguras para participantes y personal. El transporte, aparcamiento y materiales especiales se incluirán en el presupuesto previamente acordado.
10. Cancelación por Bear Art Studio
Si Bear Art Studio no puede realizar una actividad confirmada, ofrecerá al cliente una nueva fecha, sujeta a acuerdo, o la devolución completa de las cantidades pagadas. Lo anterior no excluye otros derechos que correspondan al cliente conforme a la legislación imperativa.
11. Derecho de desistimiento
Los talleres reservados para una fecha o periodo específico son actividades de esparcimiento con fecha determinada. En estos casos no resulta aplicable el derecho general de desistimiento de 14 días, conforme al artículo 103.l del texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios.
Esta exclusión es independiente de las condiciones contractuales de cancelación descritas anteriormente.
12. Reclamaciones y legislación

Las condiciones se rigen por la legislación española y no limitan los derechos imperativos de los consumidores. Las versiones española e inglesa pretenden tener el mismo contenido; en caso de duda interpretativa, se tomará como referencia el texto español, sin perjudicar los derechos legales del consumidor.
