Before you arrive

The essentials for planning your creative time with us.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. All visits and workshops require advance booking so we can prepare your place and materials.

Do I need art experience?

Not at all. Our workshops are beginner-friendly and your instructor guides you step by step.

What languages are available?

Workshops can be held in Spanish, English, Ukrainian and Russian. The website is currently available in Spanish and English.

Can children participate?

Please tell us the children's ages before booking. We will confirm which workshop format is suitable for your group.

Can I take my work home immediately?

It depends on the workshop. Tote bags go home immediately, fluid-art bears are ready in 24–48 hours, and ceramic pieces are ready in 3–4 weeks after firing.

Do you host private and corporate groups?

Yes. We organise birthdays, private celebrations, team building and workshops at your location.

Are you open on holidays?

Yes. We work daily, including holidays, from 12:00 to 20:00, by advance booking.
